Thank you for choosing XznoClothing! We aim to provide you with an efficient and pleasurable shopping experience please take a moment to review our shipping policy:
PRE-MADE ORDER PROCESSING
Standard orders are usually processed within 2-3 days. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email confirmation with shipping details as well as the associated tracking number.
Please allow another 2-3 business days for orders to be shipped.
All in all please allow up to a week for orders to be processed and shipped
PRE-ORDER ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery, AFTER YOUR ORDER IS PROCESSED (2-3 DAYS MAXIMUM) . Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email confirmation with shipping details as well as the associated tracking number.
Please note we are unable to make any changes to your shipping address once the order has been placed, nor are we responsible for packages that are miss-delivered or go missing due to an incorrect shipping address.
Delivery estimates are provided as guidelines only. Shipping times may be subject to delays due to customs, shipping destination and national holidays. Please allow up to 12 business days before contacting us in regards to your order. If yet to retrieve order within this time frame please contact us at XznoClothing@gmail.com.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We offer standard and express shipping to most countries via DHL!
We are not responsible for paying import fees, taxes or duties imposed by your country's customs agency. These fees must be paid by the customer upon delivery. We will not issues refunds for any orders due to unpaid customs fees.
RETURN TO SENDER PACKAGES
We are not responsible if your order is returned to us by the courier. If your package is not successfully delivered and is sent back to XznoClothing, we will contact you to talk about a possible reshipment. The original shipping fees are non-refundable.
LOST PACKAGES
Once a package has been shipped it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier (I.e UPS ,USPS, or DHL) to ensure the package/packages are delivered. We are not responsible/Liable for any packages that are lost, stolen or delivered to the wrong address.
Please contact your local shipping customer service provider if you have any complaints or problems with the delivery of your package.
